Yesterday's Rawket Science class was a blast as Pike Lake students put on their engineering hats and tackled various team challenges. From creating their own rafts and boats to withstand weight and building the tallest marshmallow tower, students used problem-solving and critical thinking skills to design and showcase their own creative solutions!

Nature-based preschool at Bay View Elementary is new this school year and is led by Ms.Becca, an expert in nature learning. Students enhance their learning skills in literacy, math, science, social emotional building and more every day directly in the school forest! Nature helps children quiet their bodies and open their minds to age-appropriate learning.
Attention Proctor families! Come have your family join Mrs. Wood for a gingerbread party! Students will learn to make gingerbread cookies from scratch by mixing and measuring their ingredients. They will roll and create each cookie individually and transfer to a baking sheet. All students will be able to take a batch of their own gingerbread cookies home!
